NEWS THE EVENING SUN -- SHANE DUNLAP Raymond Brummett, 57, middle, of Hanover, is treated by Hanover Hospital paramedics at the Black Rock Road marina. Brummett accidently slipped out of his small fishing boat on Marburg Lake Friday afternoon and was safely pulled from the water by a passing boat.
